Prescription Justice brings together medical professionals, lawyers, public health experts, consumer advocates, businesses, and policy leaders focused on a single objective: lowering drug prices in the United States through safe prescription drug importation.
Our work is grounded in a practical idea: Americans should not be forced to pay the world’s highest prices for medicines that are often available at far lower prices in other high-income countries.

Prescription Justice combines patient-centered advocacy with legal, policy, and public health analysis. The goal is not simply to criticize high prices, but to advance credible reforms that can make medicines more affordable while protecting safety.
