Prescription Justice is a non-profit organization dedicated to lowering drug prices in America. We are giving members of Congress the opportunity to state their positions on the Prescription Justice policy platform in support of the following:

  1. Ending the ban that prevents Medicare from negotiating lower drug prices with pharmaceutical companies;
  2. Making reverse payment arrangements between brand and generic companies illegal, also known as "pay-for-delay";
  3. Legalizing the importation of lower-cost medication from Canada and other countries with similarly strict pharmaceutical regulations; and
  4. Using reasonable, commonsense and compassionate FDA enforcement discretion to permit individuals to import small quantities of affordable medication to fill prescriptions.

Prescription Justice will use this questionnaire to grade members of Congress on where they stand on Prescription Justice’s policy platform. We encourage members of Congress to make a statement in the comments section. It can be supportive or critical of the Prescription Justice platform. The comments could also offer other ideas not included in the Prescription Justice policy platform.
